Protesters gather for the 5th straight day at the Brooklyn Center Police Department after 20-year old Daunte Wright was shot and killed by a Brooklyn Center Police on April 11th, 2020. Air freshners hang from fencing signifying reports that Wright was pulled over for having an air freshner hanging from his mirror.
Brooklyn Center Police, Hennepin County Sheriffs, Minnesota State Patrol and the National Guard surround the police station as the community gathers to protest the death of 20-year old Daunte Wright. Wright was shot and killed by Brooklyn Center Police officer Kim Potter during a traffic stop on April 11th.
