I live in Minneapolis and this is my coverage of the thousands of federal agents from the Border Patrol, Bureau of Prisons, Homeland Security Police, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement that have been deployed to my city. The Trump administration calls it “the largest immigration operation ever”.

Last night on Lake Street in Minneapolis where i'm told a couple of ICE agents or ICE contractors were eating at an Indian grill when they were recognized and then called for backup feeling uncomfortable. BORTAC, the Border Patrol high risk tactical unit showed up - walking around holding up canisters of tear gas in the air as whistles blew and horns honked.
