Protesters gathered outside the FBI Minneapolis Field Office on April 12, 2021, to protest the death of Daunte Wright. Wright, a 20-year-old Black man, was fatally shot by Brooklyn Center Police officer Kim Potter during a traffic stop the previous day. The incident sparked widespread outrage and protests across the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area. The FBI Minneapolis Field Office is a federal law enforcement facility responsible for a range of investigative and security operations within the region.
