The Metro Transit 23 bus returned to George Floyd Square a few weeks ago joining the cars that returned almost 3 years ago. The area was primarily pedestrian only for about a year following Floyd’s Chicago Ave murder.

Posters hang from the former Minneapolis police third precinct. The precinct was abandoned after it was burned in May 2020 following the murder of George Floyd. It has sat untouched ever since.
