Meeting on future of the third precinct

In the 2nd public meeting geared towards non-business owners, the city along with a 3rd party is seeking feedback on which of 2 locations a 3rd precinct should be built. Prior to breaking out into groups, a few questions were taken from those in opposition to any new precinct.
