Minneapolis Police vehicles are present at the site of a fatal car crash on Lake Street and 35W. The incident involved a speeding driver who reportedly ran a red light, colliding with another vehicle and resulting in five fatalities. Authorities stated it was not a pursuit as no lights or sirens were activated by the involved State Patrol vehicle.
