Minneapolis: Flyers protest proposed 3rd Precinct rebuild

Flyers protesting the proposed rebuilding of the Minneapolis Police Department's 3rd Precinct are displayed on a wooden structure. The flyers, which read "NO NEW THIRD. NOT NOW.
