Midori’s Floating World Cafe was located a block from the third precinct. Their former building still stands next to the destroyed building that was home to Minnehaha Liquors. Midori’s has been open since April at their new location a half mile down the road – in a former Subway.

Russian Ballet Theatre presents Swan Lake at the State Theatre in downtown Minneapolis. Local news reports say the Russian Ballet dancers are from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Poland and Armenia and will be dancing with the message “We Dance for Peace”.
