Construction on Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis is underway, impacting the area between the IDS Center and Nordstrom Rack. This multi-year project aims to revitalize the pedestrian mall, a key thoroughfare in the city's business district. The construction involves significant infrastructure work, including the installation of new utilities and paving.
