Pillsbury A Mill complex in Minneapolis stands on the east bank of the Mississippi River near St. Anthony Falls. Built for the Pillsbury Company in the 1880s, the mill was a major part of the city’s flour-milling district and was later converted for residential and other uses. The rooftop Pillsbury’s Best Flour sign and water tower identify the former industrial complex.
