Minneapolis City Hall Clock Tower and Capella Tower at Night

Capella Tower, completed in 1992, stands 776 feet tall and is known for the ring of lights around its crown. Minneapolis City Hall, built from 1888 to 1909, stands nearby with a clock tower whose four faces each measure about eleven and a half feet across.
