The Antigua Guatemala Cathedral, formally the Cathedral of Saint James the Apostle, is the principal church of the Archdiocese of Santiago of Guatemala. Located on Parque Central in Antigua Guatemala, the cathedral dates to the colonial period and has been rebuilt after repeated earthquake damage. It remains one of the city’s most important historic and religious landmarks.
