A boarded-up UnBank branch stands on Hennepin Avenue in Downtown Minneapolis. Despite its windows and doors being covered with plywood, a banner prominently displays 'Yes, We Are OPEN For You!'. This protective measure was common for businesses in the area following the civil unrest of the Minneapolis Uprising. Neon signs advertising 'Cash Loans' and 'Checks Cashed' remain illuminated, while snow covers the ground and metal barricades stand in front of the entrance.
