The Target Center, a multi-purpose arena in downtown Minneapolis, is illuminated at night. Opened in 1990 and renovated in 2017, it serves as the home venue for the Minnesota Timberwolves. The adjacent Ramp A, connected by an enclosed skyway, is part of Minneapolis' extensive network of elevated pedestrian walkways.
