The Fifth Street Towers in Downtown Minneapolis features a skyway entrance on its ground level. This enclosed pedestrian bridge system, a hallmark of Minneapolis's urban design, connects various buildings across the downtown core, allowing for weather-protected transit. The skyway system, initiated in 1962, has grown to become one of the most extensive in the world. The entrance shown here, with its modern wood paneling and integrated lighting, serves as a key access point for the Fifth Street Towers complex.
