Police Move Through Bryant Square Park After Election Night March

Bryant Square Park sits at Bryant Avenue South and West 31st Street in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis, a few blocks from the corridor where a march passed earlier that night. Officers from the Minneapolis Police Department, Minneapolis Park Police, and Hennepin County Sheriff's Office converged on the park following the demonstration, making a series of arrests. The operation came on Election Night 2020, months after the killing of George Floyd had drawn sustained protest activity to Minneapolis streets and parks.
