Queensboro Bridge crosses the East River between Manhattan and Queens in New York City. Opened in 1909, the double-deck cantilever bridge carries vehicle traffic on its upper and lower roadways, with a pedestrian path on the north side. The bridge also supports the Roosevelt Island Tramway, which passes just above the upper deck.
