“Stand Up Fight Back” Spray-Painted on Uptown Target Doors

Target's Uptown Minneapolis store sits at 900 W Lake Street, a location that opened in 2018 as part of a mixed-use development along the Lake Street corridor. The entrance doors were tagged with "Stand Up Fight Back" and "Free Stuff!" after a night march down Lake Street. Target boarded and reinforced several Minneapolis-area stores that year following repeated break-ins and vandalism at its locations.
