Target Field is an open-air baseball stadium in Minneapolis's North Loop neighborhood, home to the Minnesota Twins since its opening in 2010. It replaced the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome, where the Twins had played since 1982, and returned the team to outdoor baseball for the first time in nearly three decades.

The stadium was built on former rail and industrial land at the western edge of downtown, adjacent to the freight corridors that still run through the North Loop. Its construction coincided with a broader shift in the neighborhood, as warehouse blocks around the ballpark were gradually converted to residential, office, and entertainment uses. Target Corporation's world headquarters stands nearby, and the Basilica of Saint Mary — completed in 1926 and recognized as the first basilica established in the United States — sits within view to the south.

Transit access became a defining feature of the site. Target Field Station, which opened in 2014, consolidates the METRO Blue and Green light rail lines, the Northstar Commuter Rail from the northern suburbs, and Metro Transit bus service in a single multimodal hub directly adjacent to the ballpark. The historic Ford Center building and surviving warehouse structures along 5th Street North form the station's immediate backdrop, placing the transit complex within blocks still marked by late-nineteenth and early-twentieth century industrial architecture.

Beyond baseball, Target Field has been used for the NHL Winter Classic on January 1, 2022 — when crews converted the infield into a regulation hockey rink for a game between the Minnesota Wild and the St. Louis Blues — as well as large concerts including a Green Day performance in 2024. A major renovation in late 2022 added a 10,000-square-foot LED videoboard, the fourth-largest in Major League Baseball at the time of its installation.
