Riverside Plaza towers rise in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood of Minneapolis.
Riverside Plaza is a high-rise residential complex in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood of Minneapolis. Designed by architect Ralph Rapson and completed in 1973, the complex is known for concrete towers with modular apartment façades and colored panels. The development is a prominent landmark near the University of Minnesota’s West Bank and downtown Minneapolis.
