Pillsbury A Mill Neon Sign, Minneapolis Night

Pillsbury Best Flour sign in August 2020
The historic Pillsbury A Mill stands illuminated on the Mississippi River near downtown Minneapolis. Once the world's largest flour mill, this National Historic Landmark played a crucial role in Minneapolis's development as a milling center. The "Pillsbury's BEST FLOUR" neon sign, a prominent feature of the Minneapolis skyline, continues to glow over the river. After ceasing flour production in 2003, the complex was redeveloped into residential lofts and artist studios, preserving its architectural heritage.
