The O'Reilly Auto Parts and Family Dollar store on Nicollet Avenue in South Minneapolis burns on May 30, 2020. Flames and heavy black smoke rise from the retail building as traffic continues along the street in the early morning hours. The fire occurred during the unrest that followed the police killing of George Floyd, when numerous businesses along major commercial corridors in Minneapolis were damaged or destroyed.
