Parking ramp construction at Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport in Bloomington, Minnesota, shows a multi-level concrete structure under active assembly with formwork, rebar, temporary weather protection, and a tower crane on site. The project expands airport parking capacity near the terminal area, part of MSP’s ground-access infrastructure for passengers and airport operations.
