Shimbashi Station’s Tokyo Metro Ginza Line platform in Tokyo serves trains toward Toranomon, Akasaka-mitsuke, Omote-sando, and Shibuya. The Ginza Line opened between 1927 and 1939 and was Asia’s first subway line. It remains one of Tokyo’s busiest rail corridors.
