Minneapolis Midtown Greenway May 2022
The Midtown Greenway, a 5.5-mile paved urban trail in Minneapolis, follows a former railroad corridor. This section near 10th Avenue shows the trail passing under a bridge, with a large industrial building and ongoing construction in the background. Opened in 2000, the Greenway transformed a disused rail line into a vital path for cyclists, pedestrians, and commuters, connecting various Minneapolis neighborhoods and serving as a significant piece of the city's active transportation network.
