Construction is underway for new developments adjacent to the Midtown Greenway and 11th Avenue in Minneapolis, as seen on March 19, 2023. The Midtown Greenway is a 5.5-mile-long multi-use trail built on a former railroad corridor, providing a vital active transportation link through the city. The adjacent 11th Avenue is a key thoroughfare that has also seen significant infrastructure development.
