Shared mobility bikes and scooters from Lime and Spin are seen behind a newly installed fence along the Midtown Greenway path in Minneapolis, beneath the Interstate 35W overpass. This section of the multi-use path, a vital east-west bicycle and pedestrian corridor, was closed while addressing ongoing concerns regarding open drug use that had been prevalent along this segment of the Greenway throughout the summer
