Minneapolis Police Department officers clear the lobby of the abandoned Midtown Sheraton Hotel in Minneapolis on June 15, 2020. The former hotel had been vacated by its owner and was being secured after weeks of unrest following the murder of George Floyd. The hotel was unofficially referred to as "The Sanctuary Hotel" where homeless was using it for shelter following the murder of George Floyd.
