The boarded storefront of Hoban Korean BBQ on Hennepin Avenue South in Minneapolis is covered with plywood painted with business information and a large heart-shaped “Justice for George” mural. The boards include the messages “OPEN for change and take-out” and a phone number, along with a note for DoorDash drivers. The storefront was photographed in June 2020, when many Minneapolis businesses were boarded following unrest after the May 25, 2020, killing of George Floyd.
