George Floyd Square: Do Not Discard Offerings Sign

A handwritten sign at George Floyd Square in Minneapolis asks visitors not to discard offerings left at the memorial at Chicago Avenue and East 38th Street. The sign is placed beside containers filled with wilted flowers and other tributes, underscoring efforts to preserve materials left in the days after George Floyd was killed in May 2020.
