A temporary Ferris wheel on Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis was installed as part of the 2019 NCAA Final Four festivities. The ride stood within the event footprint created for the tournament and related fan programming held in Minneapolis in early April 2019. Surrounding office towers and event lighting place it in the central downtown corridor used for Final Four public attractions during the championship week.
