Minneapolis: BLM messages on boarded-up building near Chauvin trial

Messages of protest and solidarity are chalked onto boarded-up windows of a building near the Hennepin County Government Center in Minneapolis. The messages, including "Justice for George Floyd," "Stop Killing Us," and "Black Lives Matter," were created in the context of the trial of former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin. Chauvin was charged with murder in the death of George Floyd on May 25, 2020, an event that sparked widespread protests against police brutality and racial injustice.
