George Floyd's brothers arrive to Chauvin murder trial
Terrence and Philonise Floyd, brother and sister of George Floyd, arrive at the Hennepin County Government Center in Minneapolis. They are present for the opening statements of the trial of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, who is accused of murder in connection with Floyd's death. The trial began on March 29, 2021, and drew significant national and international attention due to the circumstances of Floyd's killing and the subsequent protests against police brutality.
