Barricades are placed in front of a Target store on Lake Street in Minneapolis. Protesters established these barricades to "hold space" following the death of Winston Smith on June 3rd. Smith, who was Black, was killed by officers from a Federal Task Force serving a warrant. The area around Lake Street has been a site of ongoing protests and memorials.
