Police on Lake Street during Winston Smith protest in Uptown
Law enforcement officers are present on Lake Street in Minneapolis's Uptown neighborhood during a protest following the June 3rd shooting death of Winston Smith. Smith, who was killed by a Federal Task Force on top of the Seven Points parking ramp, was a victim of a shooting incident involving officers from Hennepin and Ramsey County.
