The Weisman Art Museum anchors the foreground of the University of Minnesota's East Bank campus, its curving stainless-steel form designed by architect Frank Gehry and completed in 1993. The museum holds more than 25,000 objects, including strong collections of early twentieth-century American art, ceramics, and Mimbres pottery.
