The Palazzo opened in 2008 as a sister property to the adjacent Venetian, both operated under the same ownership group on the Las Vegas Strip. Rising 50 stories, it ranked among the tallest buildings in Nevada at the time of its completion and contains more than 3,000 all-suite rooms. Its architecture echoes Italian Renaissance styling, a theme carried over from the Venetian next door. Together the two resorts form one of the largest hotel complexes in the world, sharing casino floors and convention space.
