A new billboard on Hennepin Ave in downtown Minneapolis from “Ride Sure”. Per it’s website, the campaign by the owner of Blue & White Taxi wants to debunk what it says are myths that rideshare is a better alternative to taxis.

Kabukichō is Tokyo's largest entertainment and nightlife district, packed into a few blocks east of Shinjuku Station's Kabukichō exit. The neighborhood took its name from a postwar plan to build a kabuki theater there; the theater was never built, but the name stuck. Toyota Crown Comfort taxis like this one were the standard cab in Tokyo from 1995 until production ended in 2017, and thousands remain in service across the city. Tokyo's taxi fleets are color-coded by company, with green and yellow liveries commonly used by operators such as Kokusai Motorcars. Shinjuku Station, the world's busiest rail hub by daily passenger volume, sits just a few minutes' walk from this intersection.

The Zócalo, officially Plaza de la Constitución, has served as the ceremonial and political center of Mexico City since the Aztec era, when the site anchored the sacred precinct of Tenochtitlan. Covering roughly 46,800 square meters, it ranks among the largest public squares in the world. The National Palace, seat of the federal executive, lines its eastern side, while the Metropolitan Cathedral stands to the north. Taxis registered with the CDMX system, marked by their red-and-white livery, are a regular presence in the plaza as part of the city's licensed taxi fleet.
