ReUSE Minnesota Flyer on Storefront Board, Minneapolis

A flyer from ReUSE Minnesota is displayed on a plywood storefront in Minneapolis. The organization coordinates the recovery of plywood used to cover doors and windows across the Twin Cities. This initiative emerged following the widespread boarding up of businesses during the Minneapolis Uprising, aiming to divert materials from landfills. ReUSE Minnesota also collaborates with the Minnesota Historical Society to preserve select pieces of plywood, recognizing their cultural and historical significance as artifacts from a period of social unrest.
