Motor Control Room, Grain Elevator

This room houses an electric drive motor connected to industrial gearing inside a grain elevator. A relay panel with rows of terminal blocks and wiring mounts on the wall beside the motor. The motor's large cylindrical housing and exposed shaft couple to heavy gear casings used to power elevator machinery. Equipment of this type typically drives leg belts, conveyors, or bucket elevators that move grain within the facility.
