This brick building housed the former laboratories of the Archer Daniels Midland grain elevator complex in Minneapolis. ADM operated the adjacent grain elevator facility, using this structure to support quality testing and research functions for milled and stored grain. The site has since been vacated and stands unused, with "Protect Property Keep Out" signage posted on the grounds.
