Minneapolis Police Chief Medaria Arradondo speaks with residents and demonstrators at George Floyd Square in Minneapolis on May 31, 2020. The gathering took place at the intersection of Chicago Avenue and East 38th Street, where protests and memorial activity followed the killing of George Floyd days earlier.
