The Southwest Light Rail Transit (SWLRT) line runs through a below-grade corridor along the Kenilworth Trail in Minneapolis, connecting the city to Eden Prairie via Hopkins, Minnetonka, and St. Louis Park. Metropolitan Council's Metro Transit oversees the project, which required excavating a shallow tunnel section through the narrow Kenilworth corridor to avoid disrupting the adjacent bike and pedestrian trail.
