Protesters gathered on Nicollet Avenue in Minneapolis following the shooting death of Alex Pretti by Border Patrol officers. The incident occurred during Operation Metro Surge, a federal immigration enforcement operation. Pretti was the second person killed by federal agents in Minneapolis within a month.
