The 4th St Saloon sits at the corner of 4th Street and West Broadway in North Minneapolis, a neighborhood bar with roots in the area's long history of Black-owned businesses along the Broadway corridor. A mural spanning the building's exterior wall depicts a saxophonist and a drum kit alongside the Minneapolis skyline and a banner reading "Welcome to North Minneapolis."
