Jack Daniels at Whiskey Junction
Whiskey Junction on Cedar Avenue in Minneapolis’s Cedar-Riverside neighborhood is shown at night with its large Jack Daniel’s guitar mural and “Live at the Whiskey” sign prominently visible. At right, the illuminated vertical sign for The Joint Bar and an awning for The Cabooze mark a cluster of adjacent music and bar venues along the same block. The businesses shown were long associated with Cedar Avenue’s live music nightlife, and this photograph was made in March 2020.
