The Game King is a multi-game video poker terminal built by International Game Technology, first introduced in 1998 and still common on casino floors across Nevada. A single Game King terminal lets players switch between dozens of video poker variants — including Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, and Bonus Poker — along with select slot and keno titles. The "multi-denomination" designation refers to the machine's ability to accept wagers ranging from pennies to several dollars per credit, set by the operator rather than fixed at manufacture. IGT, now part of Light & Wonder following a series of corporate mergers, built the Game King line to let casinos consolidate multiple game types into a single cabinet, reducing the floor space needed for separate single-game machines.
