New Fencing Below I-94, Minneapolis North Loop

Fencing below I94 in Minneapolis
New fencing has been installed below Interstate 94 in Minneapolis's North Loop neighborhood, near the intersection of N 5th Ave and I-94. This area previously offered views of the Light Rail, Northstar Line, and freight trains passing under the bridge. The installation of this security fencing came after removing encampments.
