Federal Agents Stage SUVs Near Uptown Minneapolis Restaurant

A Border Patrol Tactical Unit (BORTAC) officer outside a restauraunt on Lake Street in Uptown Minneapolis. BORTAC agents were deployed to the restauraunt after off duty ICE agents were reported to be eating inside when a large crowd gathered inside.
