A taped flyer reading "DROP THE CHARGES! DUMPING TRUMP IS NOT A CRIME" hangs on a stone gate pillar at the Minnesota Governor's Residence on Summit Avenue in St. Paul. The flyer references Interstate 94's Highway 646, invoking the November 4, 2020 protest in which Minnesota State Patrol and Minneapolis police detained more than 600 demonstrators who had blocked the freeway following the presidential election. A bronze plaque below the flyer notes the residence's listing on the National Register of Historic Places.
